The lines for each player should be fairly self-explanatory except for the numbers at the end. However, these are simple to understand. In brackets there are three numbers separated by slashes like [7/8/8]. These numbers are the player's offensive, defensive, and overall rating on a scale from 1 to 10 in the order [Off./Def./Ovr.]. There are more player attributes that are in the background and contribute to the sim, but these are what you will use to coach your team.
